Good guy attentive,takes the time out to answer all of your questions without charging an arm and a leg,he took care of my needs both during my divorce and also with dcss when they said I owed thousands in back support when he did the audit come to find out dcss hadn't given me credit for over 15,000 if it hadnt been for Mr.Manwaring I would still be in that hole and still fighting with my ex who was bitter in the first place I would definitely use him again.
