Very difficult to deal with. They don't return phone calls, don't follow up, can be rude/short when you finally do get them.

Looking back at my case from start to finish, my most compelling memory was the fact that Kornblum not only heard my story, but they actually listened. Being very apprehensive at the beginning and not knowing what to expect, I was guided through various stages of my complaint by a team of caring and supportive staff equipped with the knowledge and experience leading to a satisfactory outcome.
I will admit I thought originally that my case could be down-scaled or less important simply because no payment transactions were required upfront or during, however I found this not to be relevant at all. As things unfolded, I was treated with the same care and dignity I would have expected from any other professional service.
In all, I am very satisfied with the representation I received from Kornblum, I would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking exceptional legal council.

When I contact Kornblum Law they were very eager to take on my case, my first couple of Lawyers (yes I said couple) were very responsive and very helpful, my third lawyer doesn't like to respond, it doesn't matter how many times you email or leave messages for them. I honestly wish I had gone with a different law firm. I wouldn't recommend Kornblum Law at all, they only want to get you on board, but don't honestly care if they can get you a proper settlement. I feel that I was forced to take a much lower settlement instead of taking my prior company to court. The only thing they do is keep telling you that if you are only awarded when the lowest offer is you will be responsible for all the court costs. Guess what, when I got my invoice I was responsible for all the court costs and my case was settled. I would recommend finding another law firm to help you with your wrongful dismissal case.

During my business dealing with this firm, I have received very little attention on my file. High amount of employee turnover. Among mediators they are known to be incompetent and inexperienced. You have to persevere or your case goes no where. Due to their reputation, many known counsel representing the other side know that their office is too busy so they'll drag your file for months on end. Having to go back I would 100% avoid any business dealing with this law firm.

I contacted Mr. Kornblum after seeing his commercial on TV on a whim. I recently lost my job, and wasn't sure if I was entitled to any money. It turns out I was! I'm very happy with the results. Mr. Kornblum and his team were a pleasure to deal with.

Very inefficient office. Clients have to call many times before they get satisfaction. If you ask for an invoice, you'll wait serveral weeks for them to send it. Too much back and forth. A law office should be more on top of things. That's the service you get when, "we don't get paid until you get paid"!

Much like the other reviews, Ryan was nice up front, full of promises and assurances etc. Through the entirety of the case, there was zero proactive communication with me, the client. In the end, he wasted about six months of my time for what amounted to peanuts after his fees. Very aggressive and unprofessional when questioned. No one should speak to their customer/client the way he spoke to me. His office staff are generally responsive and pleasant to work with. If you are considering working with Kornblum law, suggest you look elsewhere. If you meet for the initial consultation, take along a recorder or get all of his promises in writing (including timelines). My reality is very different than the expectations that were set when we signed on.

this lawyer is all for himself. he is nice until you are his client, he says you have a good case, till he signs you up then when it comes to getting a fair deal for you, he doesn't care, and tries to threaten you and acts as if he works for the other side. make sure you know, who you are dealing with, don't be fooled by this lawyer

Was really pleased with his ability to get me a fair severance package in a timely manner. Thrilled that he only got paid when I did and only on the money that he got for me. Never filed the proper paperwork or followed through with the requested law suit. Filed an alternate suit and then informed that there had no case under that suit. Verbally aggressive toward client. Did not respond in a timely manner. Openly refused to provide requested documentation.

Ryan did a great job. I was very surprised and fortunate that the day I lost my job, Ryan was able to meet with me. He was very polite and professional, and provided me with assurances that I would get a fair settlment. He regularly kept in touch, and promptly responded to my emails. His in depth knowledge of the law coupled with his vast experience allowed me to get compensation that I felt was beyond fair. Although it was a really difficult time in my life, Ryan managed the situation very well. I took great comfort knowing he was on my side. Excellent Lawyer. We made contingency agreement. He kept his promise and did very good job. He charged as we arranged at the beginning which was quite fair deal. He handled the work very professionally and were very prompt with his advices and replied to all my questions. Quick to make you sign his service agreement, in it for a quick settlement. He works on volume, never returns phone calls or emails. Highly advise using a higher caliber lawyer. Get billing statement before signing off on settlement, he gets paid only when you get paid as his commercial states.

He ripped me off for $5000 work severance, worst people person skills, worst attitude towards educating clients. Over all I strongly advice not to take his legal advice.
