We worked with Terri when we closed on our house. She was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. She made the process easy for us to understand and communicated very well. I highly recommend working with her to a sale, purchase or refi! Her office is wonderful!

We have been using Terri Giacomo for at least 20 years for Real Estate Closings. Terri has provided great service and recently helped my Uncle with his Will, living will and health care proxy. She is honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend her.

I have worked with Terri for several years -- first because a client said they were told the HAD to use her as their attorney for their real estate transaction and after that because she did such a terrific job. She always has her clients' back and is there for them when other attorneys are not available. She is a skilled negotiator, very thorough and makes sure her clients know everything they need to about their purchase or sale. She is a pleasure to work with. In addition to her extremely solid expertise, she is highly ethical and her clients trust her to do whatever needs to be done in their best interests. You can rely on her to do the very best for you and to be there for you whenever you need her. I highly recommend her. My clients have consistently been delighted to work with her over the years. Her depth of knowledge covers both real estate and the mortgage side of the transaction.

This attorney is terrific. I was a first time home buyer and she went over and above. Spending as much time as I needed answering any and all questions that I had. I could not have asked for better counsel. And her legal rate was very reasonable for the work that she did
