Sad excuse for an attorney. Displayed little diligence and even less fiduciary responsibility. The divorce settlement he "worked out" with my opposition was unconscionably slanted to her. He permitted ALL methods of future recourse on my part to be eliminated, and this indisputably ruined my life. Was more concerned with the feelings of my ex’s attorney than my own needs, which brought me even greater financial loss. A few years after the settlement was signed, during drawn out battles related to my child and my ex, people who reviewed my settlement (like cops, social workers, psychologists, child protective services, and even other attorneys) asked me incredulously: "Who's side was this attorney on?!" Unfortunately by that time, the statute of limitations on suing for legal malpractice had passed. It appears that others did not make the same mistake, and some later research noted that he was sued for malpractice at least once. Do yourself favor and stay far, far away from this lawyer!
