We initially hired Paul Liston to aid in a simple legal issue; and after multiple clerical errors, phone calls not returned, and requiring three requests over the period of one week to receive a receipt for services, we decided to go another direction for legal services. Of the money we initially paid, he insisted upon keeping the majority of the money to include time spent fixing mistakes made by his practice. Also we were able to show time billed for phone conversations was quoted to be 3.5x the actual telephone conversations. seems as though i was a bother to him when asking how my case was going very rude and uninformative , in short for the money was very unimpressed with his performance overall ,
