This rating is based on a personal experience encountered during a case in which this Attorney represented my husband. There was no reason to have gone to trial had this Attorney better comprehended the Documents in evidence. Plaintiff's perjured testimony coupled with States exhibits were clearly more than sufficient for acquittal. Had the Attorney's competency and knowledge been greater, a trial would never have been required. Equally important, this Attorney did NOT 1) Listen, 2) exercise comprehension, 3) comply with client's directives, 4) exhibit professional conduct or professional behavior. An Attorney has a duty to conduct himself with professionalism, decorum, and exercise courtesy to the court, the Prosecutor, and his Client at ALL times, where this Attorney Joesph DiRoberto, breached that duty!
