Arrogant, ill tempered. AVOID!!! If I had back the $1000 I gave this moron I would give it to someone to call me up 17 times a day to remind me of how stupid I am for ever thinking I could get legal satisfaction from this guy. I had him draw up a letter to compel a trustee to answer a question regarding "surplus income" in my case. A month went by and no answer. His attitude is that he has done his job and that this requires no more attention. Problem is, the trustee has yet to answer this question 5 weeks later. Isn't the point of sending the letter to use the clout of the lawyers' status to compel the person being questioned to answer? Any idiot (me included) can just send a letter to someone. The point of paying a lawyer to do is is that the party on the receiving end should be compelled by it to answer. And if he doesn't answer....shouldn't the lawyer ask him to in a timely manner? For all they know we are beginning discovery process to exact legal remedy. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
