Warren Luccitti represented my son in family court, where the mother of the adult (18 yrs. high school graduate) child filed child support and parenting time modification. The mother filed improper paperwork pro-per. My son hired Mr. Luccitti. Mr. Luccitti filed a response that case was frivolous. The judge did not dismiss the case but advised the mother to seek counsel. Mr. Luccitti was spending as much or more time with the mother and having my son pay for her time. Conflict of interest. Will file complaint with the state.
