I rate Brandon Ozman at the lowest possible level. He took our criminal case and then 1)he never returned our phone calls. 2)he was late every day for court 3)he looked and seemed to be high on some drug. also, and most importantly, he allowed a tampered statement to go into evidence w/o reviewing it - it was the only evidence other than one witness. 4)he did not thoroughly question witnesses for prosecution. 5)he promised to put in notice of appeal and then did not. 6)his office did not return my calls to inquire about the appeal notice. I had to scramble to get another attorney to do so before the deadline. My husband is still fighting. We wasted our time and $ on Mr. Ozman. In addition, he did not respond to FOIL for my case documents and mis-ID'd me as someone on the prosecution's side. and not the person who paid him way too much for nothing. I couldn't be less satisfied. He's a crook and he's in too closely with the court and the prosecution. he has no backbone.
