I can't believe this man is still practicing law. He does not know the law, procedure or how to get along with people. Forget about him settling your case. He will drag it out as long as possible until you catch on to his scam. He nearly got me in trouble with the IRS.

Phil Brown midhandled my divorce leaving me broke and without my children. Phil was ill prepared. He grated everyone and got on their nerves. I would NOT recommend him at all. Represent yourself over having him represent you.
