Hired this attorney. Never met her; found out she is actually located in another state. Always sent paralegal to communicate, or represent in court. Have had my case for five years with negative results. My last denial from the ALJ judge was full of mistakes, and I feel misrepresented the true impact of my illness'. The information submitted on my behalf to the judge was old (from another hearing in 2010)and no current information was researched. They have cost me all back wages and benefits by having me sign a consent form to approve of an older on-set date of symptoms after telling me the first ALJ judge would rule in my favor if I signed that waiver to back benefits. I agreed and signed the waiver under advice of Att. Mrozik only to receive an "unfavorable" decision. Thus,I lost my case, and back benefits due to her ineptness and lack of knowledge or dedication and thought of my case.
