She has never had one meeting with my offspring yet went into court and did nothing other than agree that the fathers due process rights should continue to be violated with no evidence of neglect, abuse, or abandonment. Seen the other complaints in combination with my experience she engages in this behavior because she is involved with a web of deceit. She as well as the judges that she sits in front of are all attorneys, this is a conflict of interest and why they are so comfortable being unprofessional. This is really child trafficking because they are not protecting the children and they are lying when they say they are doing what is in the child’s best interest because there are Supreme Court cases that say otherwise. There is no way an attorney for the child can properly represent a child because the attorney is an officer of the court first so by default there is a conflict of interest and she just as well as every other attorney keeps accepting more case

Ms. O'Kane grossly represented my child (3) during a custody and family court trial and decisions before trial from December 2021 to November 2022. She met with my child one time for exactly no more than 6 minutes and cut the meeting short stating she and I would meet again to discuss more in detail the abuse and domestic violence history. She then never returned my calls voicemails, or emails. She then advocated for the order of protection to not include my daughter in April 2022. She also worked in the same building as my daughter's fathers lawyer. He had to remind via text and/or calling Ms.O'Kane about trial dates and prior court dates as she was not showing on time. She was observed going directly into referee Pavones chambers alone in between trial. She was observed talking, laughing, and whispering with my daughters father multiple times when trial was on breaks; including looking at me then laughing with him. She is corrupt and immoral to say the least.

She represented my kids 3 years ago in a custodial matter. She did not make any attempt whatsoever to talk to me, find out my side of the story, or investigate the environment were my kids were currently living. NOW I'm back in court, costing tens of thousands more dollars, because the living situation with their dad is even worse than what I warned them it would be. I warned them he was a drunk and an abusive narcissist. Unfortunately my kids have now found this out the hard way, and it took them two and a half years to even get the confidence back from his emotional abuse to confess to me how bad it really was.

She was difficult to reach and always in a hurry so she made it seem like representing my kids was not one of her priorities. She was also completely biased about our case when talking to my kids. She did not represent their opinions justly, and made statements like, "You really like ----, right?" My kids will not open up to a complete stranger, and to think they only met with her once and that she can represent them fairly is a joke. Our lives and financial well being are on the line here.

As a law guardian she does not talk to the children and it is like she really doesn't care how the case turns out. She doesn't listen to the child at all and doesn't want to talk to them.

Extremely unorganized & does not pay attention to details. I sought counsel from two independent attorneys after Ms. O'Kane recommendeded I appeal the court's decision of my case. Both independent attorneys stated I have a strong case for legal malpractice against Ms. O'Kane based on court transcripts where she clearly did not represent my best interest.
