I used her as my judge to settle my divorce. She did get things settled but I don't believe I got my money's worth nor was she impartial. Because the opposing attorney worked with her before, the judge gave her more preference. I think I would have gotten a better ruling in the public courts. Preville misses her deadlines, wastes a lot of time lecturing, spends a lot of time marketing her services, which wastes a lot money since she's getting paid by the hour. The worse thing is she is not a fair judge. Don't use her!

I have to agree with the other individual who posted his story about Preville. She gets you to trust her and then stabs you in the back by ruling against the evidence and facts. She is very opinionated and in my experience is slow and NOT impartial. She will make decisions on financial matters and not even explain why she did what she did. Plus you have very little recourse if you don't like a ruling or decision.I would rather go to public court then to put my families future into her hands.

This attorney/mediator supposedly helped me and my ex-wife to settle, my ex-wife got everything she wanted and more! Eillen told me don't worry at the beggining you will have dig in to your bank accounts to be able to pay the 5K a month, but later you will be okay; I paid for years and now that the recession is here I don't have a cent, I couldn't save anything for tough times; my ex-wife is leaving happily rich! Don't use this vias manipulating attorney if you want to keep your shirt.
