I was in a horrible accident in December of 2005 and spent over a year of my life useless to my job and my young child and to this day in 2014 am still in pain. I was offered little advice by her and settled for less than ten thousand which just about covered what the insurance company wouldn't in the rest of my lost wages. Nothing for my pain and suffering. My bulging discs, migraines, pinched nerve, anxiety issue, year I spent crying and on painkillers and gettin multiple steroid epidurals and physical therapy and vax d treatment and acupuncture almost every day were compensated nothing. I was young and thought she knew best. I now realize that when an 18 wheeler takes out a Mitsubishi gallant and destroys it and changes the livelihood forever of the person inside of it and the driver willingly admits it was completely his wrongdoing and he's so sorry, that you're eligible to receive compensation for pain and suffering. My life is not the same. Find a different lawyer. :'(
