I will not recommend this lawyer. Despite signing a retainer, I only got to speak with her staff who most of the time were not helpful because they didn't know much. I got the feeling that she was either much too busy for my case or simply just didn't care about me. I also saw her be extremely rude to one of her employees and I thought that was extremely unprofessional to do that in front of anyone. Not happy with her at all.

Ms. Asher is obnoxious. Very unprofessional and clueless as to certain areas of the law. She thinks she is infallible and treats people like scum. I saw her treat one of her employees like absolute garbage for no reason. NEVER has any contact with you after you sign her retainer, all you speak to are her clerks, most of whom cannot help you. Definitely not recommended!
