Pleasure of having the guidance from Ms.Dhillon as she guided me through each service I have requested with impeccable integrity and insight. Not so sure of the other comments, as it seems they may have a misunderstanding of the capricious nature of law. I highly recommend her services, as she has your back in whatever circumstances may come your way.

I recently sold an apartment and Sabina Dhillon was the attorney representing the buyer.
The deal almost collapsed due to Sabina’s lack of professionalism !!! Sabina hardly responded to my attorney’s emails and phone calls despite repeating attempts . My realtor had to approach the buyer’s realtor who had to approach the buyer to ask Sabina to respond to emails. The closing took place almost three weeks after the original agreed closing date and a lot of this has to do with Sabina’s practice. In fact, it was impossible to obtain from Sabina a confirmation to the closing date only after numerous emails and after that the mortgage company provided us with the date. It was simply a nightmare to have Sabina on this transaction and I agree with many of the comments provided in other reviews like… she caused delays , never call back and poor work quality.
Simple advice – stay away from Sabina if you are looking for a smooth transaction!!! bad

Sabina Dhillon is great lawyer, she has been my company lawyer from last 15 years. She is a very professional lawyer with high integrity. She has gone out of the way to help and resolved lot of my cases. I will highly recommend all to use her services. Thanks Sabina for your support and help.

Bad lawyer missed to let us know that there were taxes to be paid at closing. She also left the country without telling us where she was and we were waiting for her to close on the property! never use lawyer recommended by the realtor bad move.

Terrible lawyer - has little to no sense of her duties.
Response time - poor - every step in closing delayed for months with no explanation
Processing time - poor - makes mistakes and misguided clients
I am not a lawyer but would've done MUCH better WITHOUT Sabina's services.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!

Response is slow and poor work quality. Information on documents were incorrectly filled out or documents were incomplete. Dissatisfied with the service. Would have been faster and better quality to do the work myself. Eventually ended up redoing the work.
