I have worked with this firm for many closings and they always get the job done and do right by their clients and realtors. Kramsky go above the call of duty for their clients and to keep a deal together. I fully respect his advice and experience in real estate law. Sometimes things get bumpy along the real estate road to closing and you need someone to look objectively and professionally at the situation! It was absolutely a pleasure working with kramsky. Our closing was smooth and painless. He answered all our questions and had all documents ready for signature which made it very easy. We highly recommend using him as your real estate attorney. Les worked with us on selling and buying our houses, and we couldn't have been happier. He did an excellent job with all the details surrounding the entire process. Most importantly, he is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was always responsive through emails, calls, and texts...and still is even though we have closed on both sales! We couldn't have asked for a better attorney!! His staff is great as well! We are with them for life!

The firm provided excellent help to us as we navigated through a very challenging real estate Transaction. We ended up backing away from the home purchase due to unforeseen problems found during the inspection contingency period. During that time, Mr. les provided excellent advisement and consultation which helped alleviate the unfortunate situation. We used his services again when we found another home that we successfully closed on. Mr. Kramsky involvement was invaluable in both situations and we were very happy with his services. After a little research, I decided to use this company because they seemed legit. Fortunately, they were very professional as well. Les's firm represented me in a co-op closing. The representation was awful. I had to manage most of it myself, frequently having to follow up with Les (more honestly, Les's paralegal, Raoul) to keep them on track. They were so unresponsive (sometimes not responding for 2 weeks) that there was a closing delay for which I had to compensate the buyer. Despite my request to see all charges prior to closing, I did not see anything until at the closing table. There were $370 of additional fees to Les that were not specified before hand despite being "standard" according to Raoul. Les agreed to have me cover an $1100 cost for the buyer without consulting me or even letting me know. They had a totally unrelated attorney present at my closing and never told me who he was or that hed be there. He knew nothing about my file but I had to pay for his time. Overall, Les's representation cost be over $1800 more than i anticipated when i signed.

As a business owner who's explored many ventures, including real estate, I've worked with many attorneys. To say I was even somewhat satisfied with the level of service I received would be a lie. That's until I met Les Kramsky. He is thorough, responsive, calculated, and confident in all his counsel and advice. He's saved me from some very bad deals that someone without a law degree would never catch. His responsiveness is incredible and makes me feel like a priority (this is HUGE). Never Again. I have been real estate investor for over 20 years and this is the worse experience i had with any attorney. I have an attorney that I used in the past with all my transactions, but i moved out of the area and my attorney was too far for me. So i decided to look a new attorney on craigslist which was the worse idea because this attorney was all over craigslist advertising his cheap services, which should have been a sign. I spoke to the attorney once and all the transactions were done with his paralegals. During the process i called constantly called for things that was was needed. I felt like i was doing all the work myself. Finally At the closing the attorney never showed, closing was done with a third party. Fast forward a year later I email about a survey that i thought was suppose to be done and i said the process was unorganised last year. As a professional i expected them to say sorry if that how you felt and answer that question. But they send me a very nasty rude

I have never met such a friendly, professional lawyer in my life. He was prompt, determined, and reliable. I found him online and couldn't believe his flat rate of $695. You know ho the saying goes, you get what you paid for? Bull! He was the most affordable, and compared to the other quotes I received, and the other laywer I had to deal with, Kramsky defeats the competition. I was very pleased with his results. He deserve more than just five stars. You will not be disappointed.
