We were being royally messed over by Jay Nixon's office. Mr. Bandre' & his team went above and beyond. From what we have seen, many lawyers will let you fight a battle for the principle or because they hate to lose. When it became clear that Nixon and his staff lacked integrity & were playing games, Mr. Bandre' sat us down & let us know it would be best to settle the case vs fighting it even though he stated he felt we could win it. He said it could take $200,000 or more and several more years to win. While he felt we would win, he did not believe winning the case would give us anything but more debt & a hollow victory. Considering the hell our family was put through, we felt Mr. Bandre's advise was solid. We know he would have preferred a win as he is tenacious but he put our best interests first. That in & of itself is rare anymore. Mr. Bandre' gave us our life as a family back & we were able to move on despite the evil of our now-governor and his best efforts.
