Patrick is a true professional. The house that we just purchased had a number of title issues, but Patrick kept us informed every step of the way. We were hopeful to move our closing up a few weeks, and Patrick did everything he could to make sure that happened. We were very impressed and thankful. We thoroughly recommend him.
