I would like to recommend the Law Office of Stuart Oberman to anyone in search of a really good business attorney. I was extremely pleased with the results I received on a particular matter that was very complex, confusing and potentially devasting to my business. Mr. Oberman was very helpful in settling a matter. Thanks Mr. Oberman for a super job.

Asked this lawyer to do a simple incorporation. I gave him detailed instructions on who should be listed as shareholders/officers. He took detailed notes but ignored them. He ended up setting up the corporation with public officers that were not supposed to be public. It created a big problem. He was able to correct the documents but not before damage was done and people that should have been private were publicly connected to the corporation. Then he refused to refund any money saying he had fixed his mistake.
I would not trust this lawyer for any job no matter how simple. It is inconceivable to me that he could have messed up something so simple and important in such a careless way.
