Walter Westfall and his wife Eleanor mishandles my Uncle's Estate. They changed his Will while my Uncle was on his deathbed. Walter Westfall was removed from Executor by A Judge. The Monroe County Public Administrator in NY too Walter and Eleanore Westfall to court for the misappropriation of thousands of dollars from my Uncle's estate.As my Uncle became more elderly,infirmed and incapacitated-Walter Westfall took over my Uncle's affairs.Walter Westfall appointed his wife,Eleanor.Walter Westfall indicated that "he lost" my Uncle's original will-which had previously been in force for ten years and drew up another Will in January 2012. The Will was signed by my Uncle in February 2012 when he was in a nursing home and completely mentally incapacitated...a short time before he died. As the notes from my attorney reflect-my Uncle was badgered into signing a new will despite the fact that he was heavily medicated----suffering from dementia and close to death.Walter Westfall also made himsel
