I called mr. Rogoff the night before my 1st custody court appearance. He met me that morning at the courthouse and I was immediately impressed. I was a nervous wreck and his demeanor was no bull cap and it made me feel confident. After only a 10 minute conversation, mr. Rogoff and I were called in. He addressed all of my concerns immediately with the judge. My soon to be ex husband tried to slander me and mr. Rogoff objected right away. Thus man is tough. He didn't give an inch. My husband thought that he was going to go in tell the judge all kinds of lies and the judge would award him custody. Mr. Rogoff was highly professional and right 2 business. Mr. Rogoff then spent over an hour talking to me about all aspects of the case and walked me to his office and had his secretary call me a cab. Very impressed.
