I think she either retired or died. She was my child support magistrate but now I have a different one. I believe Diana was senile. I had to remind her why we were there, twice.She was awful. She screwed me so bad I had to appeal, but then the court stood by her and shot down my appeal.The Monroe County Family Court is terrible. Judge Gallaher is terrible.

Incredibly rude. Will put you down if you don't have a lawyer. Doesn't follow the law, makes her own up.

After checking the previous reviews I was somewhat nervous having this 'Judge' hear my case. After my appearance I have learned my anxiety was unfounded, as she simply DOESNT LISTEN. She refused to follow NYS Law, and upon my second (unneeded) appearance with an attorney she conceded and did what she should've done the first time. Listen and follow the law! My attorney basically said the same thing as me on my first appearance, but because she was on the same 'level' as the 'Judge' there was a big attitude change. The second time there was no condescending remarks and it seemed Irizary was on her best behavior. Conclusion, get an attorney or she will disregard you.

She has been working on my child support case for the last 2 years: this women is disrespectful, she does no work on review the cases and the facts at hand! I have been waiting for her to sign a order for my case since April 2015 it is now October 2015 my child still has not received any child support from her father. I work but the states that 2 parents have to support the child. My Attorney Frank Ciardi failed to write the order in a timely manner when he did right it she sent it back to him never thinking about the child involved. The lawyer was paid but he hasn't done his job properly and as a Judge she has not repremended him neither! Monroe County judicial System is a joke this judge should have saved her time instead of going to school because she hasn't learned anything about people! My child father is manipulating her and you would think with her education she could she pass his mobster ways and understand that I a women that's just want what's best for my child!

Child Support Magistrate.. She has no interest what is going on in the family. She will support the mother without question and chastise a good father without merit. Its simply a black and white job for her, in which her trusted calculator does the work and every father is a deadbeat. Failed to follow a simple (NYS LAW!) emancipation event for a child turning 21. She wanted PROOF it was agreed by the parties involved 21 was the age for emancipation. ITS THE LAW! Time to go Diane. Let someone with an open mind do the right job.
