Has the knowledge ,can tell you what needs or can be done, yet does not follow through , and you have to call 14 times to get anything accomplished.The first 13 times you only talk to secretary. He is never available. Mail order Lawyer, if you could get all handled by mail he probably would be decent.Not a cahnce when you need him to GO TO courthouse, or jail.
