I retained Mr. Maus on 2 different occasions. However, on the second occasion, I fired him because of his lack of work quality, communication, tenacity, ethics, etc. I could go on and on. He ropes you in by first acting all gung ho about your case and how he's going to help you. But once you retain him, the communication level between he and you drops drastically to almost being non existant. I didn't know about these types of websites or I would have been warned people about him. To be honest, I don't see how he's still being allowed to practice Law. On top of all of that, once you realize how poor of an attorney you've hired and you fire him, you still have to pay this guy for doing absolutely nothing. I think this is how he makes his living. I will never use him again and I hope my posting this rating survey about him keeps people from making the fatal mistake of retaining this guy. I've had a few attorneys in my life and Joseph Maus is the worse by leaps and bounds without a doubt.
