EVIL EVIL EVIL. Be prepared to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. My worst decision was allowing him to represent me, believing I would lose more if I left the firm. He ruined my life with his negligence and lack of communication. Hiring someone with less experience is better than this so-called senior lawyer.

Avoid hiring this hinz at all costs. Every negative assertion made about them is accurate. Despite this, I overlooked these warnings and suffered significant financial losses, amounting to thousands, due to their neglect in handling my case. Their lack of action and disregard for communication and concerns resulted in detrimental consequences. It is highly advisable to avoid engaging their services at all costs.

No effective legal support whatsoever. Did not look out for my well being during entire divorce process. He attended but i was left to defend my own position during 4 way meetings. Made premature deals with opposing side that left me stranded with no funds, no support and no roof over my head for almost a year. He advised and offered settlement for significantly lower than legal guidelines. I incurred thousands of fees simply constantly asking for him to please address the issues at hand. A traumatizing experience that felt like i was up against both my ex and my lawyer.

I had a fair experience with Mr. Hinz. He is VERY hard to get a hold of, you quite literally cannot call the office and talk to him. The bill was high and honestly quite shocking, but his evaluation of the situation was correct, even though I felt like he capitulated in the end.

Without exception, the worst experience with a lawyer ever. Does not communicate, does not respond to calls or emails, and does nothing for months on end. Go somewhere , anywhere else.
