Chuck listens and executes. He is respected, and a no baloney kind of guy. If you arm him with the information and let him execute, you are in good hands. It is best to provide him with written info which he can digest and use to form a case. For those who want to use their lawyer as a shrink and not a lawyer, he is not a good fit. Chuck will give you an honest assessment of your position and execute to the best of his ability. I also felt that he was well respected by the judges.
