Case type: Loan Modification. This attorney's staff for some reason began deteriorating after I hired them and my case suffered as an effect. It became evident that there was a high turnover rate at that point.After the first 3 months,communication became very poor, it was reactive instead of proactive. In all the time lasped of about 10 months, nothing positive was accomplished. Through an act of God, the lender's attorney goofed up and we have another chance at fighting for our home or thanks to Fleck's office we would be out in the street next month with no more time to fight. It's very disturbing that it took this attorney whom regularly advertised himself as the best with a "100\% money back guarantee" in the loan modification business so long to give up and didn't have the decency to say we tried and could not advance and instead just dumped us onto another attorney. Nothing else was said and ofcourse our retainer is gone!!

He sold our file to another firm, and the other firm did not do their job because we did not have a contract with them.
