Went to them for a bk for my disabled husband and I in January of 2009. Made a deposit and completely paid the fees for both of us by March 2009. Months went by Then they stated that because my husband is disabled they could not include him in the bk but they wouldn't refund his portion of the fee. It took them four months (July 2009) to file paper-work and by then garnishments had begun and money was taken out of my checking account. I have tried calling them many times and these people don't return calls. I have started legal proceeding against them. Very unprofessional. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!
