This sorry excuse for an attorney will illegally obtain medical records which is a violation of your hips rights. Then she will put a false warrant out on you by claiming she served you at a residence that you do not live at! She is an absolute psycho who certainly needs some Prozac. She can consider herself lucky that I didn't knock her head off the last time I saw her. Next time she pops that mouth off she won't be so fortunate.

Me.Holiest is a small town lawyer who only "represents" women in divorce court. If you are a male, stay away. She will sandbag you. She will smile to your face and try and stab you in the back. Check out the other comments and form your own opinion.

Gave bad advice. Didn't listen to anything I said. Then a month before the trial she dreamed up thousands of dollars that I supposedly owed to her then she withdrew from my case leaving me hanging. She had no intentions on helping me

Sharon Hoiles is the best divorce lawyer I know, I bet the people who wrote negative comments are the ones who got whipped by her in court! I was mentally and emotionally stressed before hiring her, I walked out the courtroom a very happy lady, attny Hoiles was recommended by many ladies from the hospital where I am employed, many of them have had her as their lawyer or have friends that has hired her, if u want to file for divorce, win, walk away with a smile and know ur lawyer did a dam good job, then Sharon is ur lawyer, I think my ex-husband lawyer walked in and saw whom lawyer was and just gave up, in 5 minutes it was over, I walked away very very happy!'!! CASE CLOSED!

Perhaps the worst attorney ever!!! all she cares about is the money that she recieves. she is greedy and mean. Her assistant knew way more than she did, and she ran her off by throwing things and treating her like****. If you want to be taken for a ride worse than your divorce, then this is your gal.

I should have taken the advice given to me by friends "lawyers" early on and ditched her then instead of loosing most everything I've worked my entire life for. If you want a lawyer representing you that basically works for your soon to be ex-wife, she is your woman in a nutshell, you couldn't do any better. I honestly feel that she had a bad divorce herself and when she did, she vowed to work for the woman involved in the divorce when in reality it was the man paying her to represent them. I'm not saying she isn't a hard worker, that is not her. I'm just saying she will not fight for you or give you options in which are most valuable in your current situation. If you want to role the dice, hire her! You may when but in reality all loose in a divorce.

Ms. Hoiles is a formidable family law attorney,never more so than when children are caught up in a divorce. Her work ethic tops that of any other attorney I have known. The criticism of her work by others in this forum is baseless and unfair. She is an excellent attorney and counselor. She has never disappointed me.

Way too many clients for one woman to give good service too; and although I think she means well, she is very imcompetent in many areas of law and especially communications. And like others said, she asks for a big retainer, but even if you settle out of court, no refund is possible. Her final decree document did no match her communications to me; plus the opposing counsel did all the work and my spouse had editing control on the decree document, therfore had the upper hand. I did not see the final decree until it was sent to the judge to be signed. And she still gives me instructions that do not match what is in the FINAL DECREE! NO WAY I would refer Sharon Hoiles to anyone!

I would highly recommend Attorney Sharon Hoiles, she is the best in Baldwin County when it comes to family law, custody, & divorce, this lady knows the law. She is 100% our attorney of choice. Thank you Sharon for ALL you have done, and contiune to do to for our family.

This has been my attorney for quite sometime now. At first she was very aggressive. For months now the communication has been extremely poor and my case is far from being over.... she sheds no light on it. She's expensive for the quality of work your getting. Currently thinking of hiring a new attorney. My advice, if you have lots of money, time and patience, then hire her. If you need an attorney to communicate and get the job done in a timely manner, than go else where. Her lack of involvement and communication will drive you nuts!

Lawyer did not have all paperwork completed upon filing. After this was returned by judge, I decided to discontinue services with Ms. Hoiles. I requested my retainer to be returned as previously agreed and she refused to do so. I requested an itemization of what services she provided on more than a dozen occasions. Again, she refused to provide this information. I have filed a complaint with the Baldwin BAR. Be warned, while this lawyer has a wealth of knowledge, her practices are less than honorable and I suggest that client steer clear of her.
