Jaret pays close attention to detail and he has a high aptitude in terms of financial analysis and negotiation strategies. Jaret tells is like it is. He is honest from start to end. Listen to a client who listened to him, with success! Jaret's work product shows a formidable level of expertise and the highest standard of excellence. I had a very poor experience with Jaret Moldaver. Seven months into working with him and this firm I expressed concerns due to court proceedings that I later found out were not advantageous.
As a single mom this saw me spend tens of thousands of dollars only to end up where I started and very far from any solution.
When I requested a call to address my concerns, he was rude, defensive and railroaded me. He then demanded that I remove him from my case.
I was shocked by this behaviour.
It is certainly not what would be expected from a lawyer with professional integrity.
Since this horrible experience I've interviewed many lawyers. I wish I had of done this from the beginning. If you are looking for a family law lawyer, do your due diligence and find out how they are viewed by their peers. It will go a long way to avoid extra stress and wasting your hard earned money.
I would not recommend.

The worst lawyer ever! DO NOT GO TO HIM! Charges a fortune and makes up stuff just to win. Horrible person and human being. He should go to HELL as he won't be going where the LORD takes him. Only the devil wants bad people like that.

The moment I met Jaret, I knew I was in good hands. As a professional, I appreciated his honesty throughout the process. There were never promises given if he couldn't keep them. He is professional, confident and to the point. He looks at the bigger picture, the end result, and makes sure I was comfortable with every decision made. Lawyers are expensive, however, I appreciated every step he took to make this a quick and painless process. When I first met Jaret, I was going through a very long and difficult separation/divorce with someone who had mental health issues but refused to be diagnosed. It was pushing me past my limits and after two lawyers who weren't helping at all, I got Jaret's name from a friend. Jaret is a tough cookie, I will admit that we butted heads like nobody's business but what I saw in him was someone who needed me to look for what was fair for everyone and to stop panicking. He put the brakes on for me, he (basically) held my hand and he walked me through one of the toughest moments of my life. He gave me MILLION DOLLAR ADVICE and I made the commitment to listen and let this expert take the lead. I'm so happy I did. He taught me a lot. Jaret also has a psychology background which helps beyond words. I wish every single person in this divorce-court world had a background in psychology. They shouldn't be allowed to represent the ins and outs of families or family law without one.

It's all about the money for this lawyer he will do anything and I mean anything to bend the truth he has asked me to falsify information and I did it because I took his advice and he made me lose my case and took no responsibility run as fast as you can from him I'm truly a victim

This man has one interest, padding his pockets. He was opposing counsel and did everything in his power to avoid reasonable conduct only to draw things out. He is utterly rude and unprofessional in his communication. Survey his fellow colleagues, he is described as being the bottom feeder of family law.

This is a lawyer who does not evaluate and advise the client of the risks associated with ongoing matrimonial proceedings. It is all about going to motion after motion and preparing for trial until all monies are exhausted. In conclusion, both parties are financially in the red. Sad state of affairs as no one wins, except the lawyer. Do not recommend this lawyer.

I'm surprised by some of the comments as i would highly recommend him. Why are people blaming a lawyer when we choose to use one because we can't make an agreement on our own? I've never had an issue with him responding to a call or email. He cuts to the chase - maybe some don't like that - he knows the law and sets realistic expectaions dealing with what really matters. Some may not like this either but it is what it is. He keeps costs down by using his very competent assistants as much as possible so doesn't waste your time or money. Unfortunately the process is slow and that is the issue not this lawyer. If you don't want to spend money work it out or go to mediation. If you have to go to court you want him representing you.

Very slow to respond, and relies on his assistants he is not very intimate with the file and doesnt believe in settleing because he want to get all the money he can
