Beware!!! She will lie and treat you like trash! she didn’t know court dates! Belittled me all the time. Never showed me documents. Had me do all the work... and lied that she filed for anything! I found that out after I had to find another lawyer. She prolonged my case and kept me in bad situations that really but me at risk. I’ve never knew a lawyer could be this low or could even do something tile this to a client..... that is paying for this abuse. It’s still mind blowing on all the things she had put me through.

Unprofessional:
1. Peggy stopped talking to me as the client. She rarely replied to text, calls or emails from me and chose to only speak to my dad concerning my case as her client. When my dad asked to see personal information of mine she then proceeded to say he is not the client and she couldn’t let him see information pertaining to the case when she had been speaking to him all along.
2. Spoke loudly in the court halls concerning false sex abuse of my child naming my dad. She was not confidential and absurdly loud in the hall releasing information of false claims to lawyers and other by standers while speaking to me. Pretty embarrassing!
A Liar:
1. Expressed that we didn’t have another court date and that it was in our best interest to sign an unfair stipulation. We went into the court and spoke with the clerk just to find out that we had another case Dec 23rd that was scheduled. We didn’t know about this date because Peggy said there were n

Peggy Foy doesn't return phone calls, doesn't communicate, doesn't listen fully, has moved her office and doesn't give the new address. She's been paid but hadn't mailed or provided copies of the paperwork or petitions she says she has filed. It's been months and I have no idea what's going on. I need a new lawyer for my lawyer. It's not even funny with this one.
