Michael Stanco was very rude and obnoxious to me only because I asked the same question twice and wanted proof for the reason why the claim amount went up. I was very nice in my question but he got ugly about being asked. I confronted him on his bad attitude, telling him I do not appreciate being talked to in that manner and it is uncalled for.He actually started yelling over me and hung up the phone. When my claim got moved to him from another lawer, he lied to me saying he has my case because I missed a payment, which was not true. I had been a week late on the payment but it was not a missed one. I found out the truth through the company he actually got my case because the other lawyer left the company. He claimed he did not work for the same company as the other lawyer in which I found out he does. So this man lied to me and tried to bully me. He is the perfect example of one who gives lawyers a bad name.
