If she is assigned to you by the court, request a replacement. I found her to be curt, insensitive, and apathetic both toward my late elderly father as well as my brother and I. As of today (March 24, 2014) her unresponsiveness compels me to seek a Small Claims court date in late May to recover damages for property due to her carelessness.
