I would not recommend the Law Office of Sandy Khine.
Short Version: Back in the days when we had no yelp, in 2002, Khine was in a partnership with Theresa Napilatano. Their office screwed up my H1B1 application that I paid $3000 plus for including the expedited processing fee. They filed it non-expedited. Never really apologized or refunded any fees paid.
Khine's incompetence and refusal to take my questions seriously nearly cost me a job that it took me a year to find. Thankfully, the employer was willing to wait 3 months for an application that a competent attorney could have turned around in 3 weeks.
