Michelle is a very experienced knowledgeable lawyer with over 20 years practice. She specializes in family law and is therefore very knowledgeable. She wont tell you what you want to hear when she knows the law and Courts won't rule that way. She is extremely ethical and honest and hard working! If you don't get the result you want in Court, don't blame your lawyer!!!

Michelle is a great lawyer who genuinely cares about the families she helps. She is very experienced and knowledgable and good at providing advice. Sometimes that advice is not what I want to hear, but it's important for me to hear the truth about my situation and not just some flowery lie so I can make an informed choice. Nothing is worse than getting told one thing by your lawyer and then getting your ass kicked in court and being taken completely by surprise. Michelle does not mince words to her clients so the client gets to make a smart choice about their direction to her. I value an honest lawyer letting me know the probability of outcome vs a lawyer who will argue my unreasonable point (which makes us both look bad in front of the judge). Thanks Michelle for being realistic even if it was discouraging news to hear. The court ruled as you thought they would in my matter, despite our efforts to argue otherwise. Learned my lesson to be more realistic now.

Ms Fuchs as she likes to be called, has little if any fundamental skill as a litigator. She depends upon the court systems fundamentally vile and extraodinary bias against men to fund her practice. She has the ability to read and that is about the extent of her abilities. She will quit on you as a client especially if she feels there is any chance that there may be any personal repercussions against her due to her actions in court.
