She is exceptional. Debra and Mirha have been such a blessing in my life during these difficult times. They both work tirelessly and pour their hearts into what they do just, fair and beyond. She is fierce and yet when I need it most she is compassionate and caring and truly goes above and beyond. She came highly recommended and now I know why. The whole process is difficult enough, having her and her assistant have been beyond a blessing. A grateful heart is all I have for these two. Even at my worse they have have both been beyond compassionate and understanding and given me the strength to push through. I’m assured that this will end just as it is meant to. Thank you beyond. In all uncertainty I do believe her heart is in it for all the right reasons and truly pours her experience and passion into fighting the good fight for her clients. She is very good at assuring you and making you feel like she will do the best job possible. This is far from the truth. She never gave sound legal advice or explained any of the process. All paid for meetings were about personal gossip. She has no problems charging you for her own mistakes or her staffs mistakes. She will tell you to help you out she wont charge to read emails but then does anyways. One of the worst lawyers I've met do not use this woman! She's just money hungry and will do anything to prolong and get more money out of you and then do everything you didn't want ion the first place. I was charged for things she had done and then through other parties figured out she'd never done the work.

She is small but fierce! I cannot express enough my gratitude for all the work on my case. Whenever I became frustrated Debra remained calm and matter of fact but still so personable. An amazing lawyer that treats you like family. Thank you so much for your part in keeping my children safe

Thank you for all your hard work. Finally all our offers to settle have paid off. Thank you for helping me to understand why offers to settle and some compromise is better than the uncertainty of a trial. The Judges have said this all along the process and you have confirmed same and finally it did pay off. Thanks.

Debra Bertolo is a perfect laywer, an amazing confidant and not afraid to give u a swift kick in butt if needed. Debra has assisted me over the years on various matters. I found her to be the most caring and professional lawyer that I have ever dealt with. Compared to other lawyers I have had to use, she has been the most reasonable. She doesn't nickle and dime like lawyers. She came highly recommended by various agencies and I find that she goes that extra mile for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone and have without any complaints. Excellent lawyer!

Absolutely terrible. Focused on dragging it out while charging $$$$$. 5 star for billing, 1 start for performance. After 2 years of frustration and bs, i got rid of her and decided to handle my fivorce and court on my own. I have made more positive progress in the past 3 months on my own ($300) vs the past 2 years (and over $10k) with Ms. Bertolo. I agree a value cannot be put on loved ones and children, but one would expect some level of performance, skill, and knowledge with Ms.Bertolos level of "experience" and cost. She was recommended but i should have done my research. Live and learn. Check out Devon Kinch at Kinch law. Apples and oranges.

U r one of the most respectable women have I ever met. U give me hope. Hope tht not all ppl r ****s. Debra is all about the money, she over charges and doesn't work to get things resolved on your case. She drags it on and on to suck out as much money as she possibly can. She is not aggressive with the other parties lawyer to get what you rightfully derserve infact she didn't even try to get it because shes to soft spoken and doesnt stand up for you or your rights. Debra and her staff have belittled me, and had been extremly rude to me during this horrible time, a good lawyer would take the weight and stress and help you through the most difficult time of your life, but she had caused me more stress and hardship. This woman just wants your money to put her kids through private school, please do not use her.

Debra is a very good lawyer, I fought for my kids for 12 years went through 6 lawyers. I then found Debra through another lawyer, she took my case and within a year I had my kids back home with me. She speaks her mind in court and very honest with you about your case. If it wasn't for Debra I would still be fighting for my 2 boys. Debra always answers your calls back, and she will fight till the end. I just wish there was another way to thank her for getting my children back with their brother and sisters. You made my family complete once again and I will recommend you to the world. Thanks so much from Tammy Bell and family :)

Horrible lawyer, please do not spend a dime on this woman in hopes that she will represent you, she is quiet and mousy and doesn't say a word in court nor get anything done on your case! Please take my advice and don't waste your time and more importantly your money on her horrible service! She is a useless lawyer.
