I had a pretty bad experience with this lawyer overcharging for his hour, plus 18% on unpaid bill. Not able to advise me corectly, not able to predict court outcomes. Not respecting his cost evelautaion...ect... I had to finish my custody battle alone. Do not take this lawyer.

We used Paul Fauteux as a mediator for my son's father and I to come to a custody agreement. I understand that mediators are supposed to stay impartial but he sat back and let my ex scream and yell profanities and call me names and swear at me while I sat shaking and crying for 2 hours. At one point my ex called me "f***ing stupid" 3 times in a row, I asked him why he felt the need to call me names and swear at me when I never attacked him back and Paul responded by stating "so (my name), you're saying you don't enjoy being called stupid?". The entire meeting was like this and my ex was basically given free reign to verbally attack me and try and break me down with none of it being able to be repeated in court. I was completely flabbergasted at the amount of unprofessionalism Paul showed and I would not recommend ANYONE to this service. Needless to say my custody issues were not resolved.
