Certainly her hourly rate is that of a senior because she is a senior lawyer but I recommend her for a just cause because if you are a warrior for a just cause, she is the one for you.

Does not return calls or emails in a timely fashion. If you ask to many questions she gets irritated. Does not want to waste her time looking at anything you feel may help you with what your are trying to achieve. Has a discussion with you, bill you and then not recall anything you spoke about when looking for the changes discussed, so double billed for a conversation had twice.

Reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Did care about our family and situation. Not traditional or 'old school' related to parenting as other commenter complained.

Lorraine is an incredibly kind, empathetic, understanding lawyer who took the time to respond to me without delay, even on long weekends. She works hard for her clients and strives to get justice for them. She is knowledgeable about what is needed to move forward, and she took the time and care to explain the process to me when I didn't understand. She called out the opposing lawyer when they weren't responding in a timely manner. She is well organized. I highly recommend Lorraine, especially for someone in an abusive situation who needs social and legal support.

Lorraine was very helpful with my situation - separations are hard and she was great at facilitating negotiations and is very honest with possible outcomes. My now ex-husband and I have an amicable agreement and we have her to thank for this. Would recommend her to anyone!

This individual made insulting comments about my personal choices. Had incorrect information. Took my money and then indicated no time to actually work on my case. When questioned, simply ignored me.

It’s hilarious reading these reviews about her not caring. She screwed me over for my ex husband and somehow I do not have my kids because of her lies and his. Social workers and judges were paid off and bribed and I’m the crazy one. Sure. All my medical documents are normal physical and mental health. No drug or alcohol abuse. I don’t even get to see my kids and somehow I was deemed the parent who tried keeping the kids from their dad. She cares. But only if you pay her enough money to care. Then in that case she doesn’t care how many lives she affects especially kids. What woman tries to keep moms from their children and why couldn’t she work towards a solution rather than who’s paying the biggest bill. She is a horrible person but if you have tons of money I’m sure she will give you what you want not what’s best for your kids. Good luck folks.

Worst lawyer ever. Will promise you things then change her mind when you are with the opponent lawyer and put you in a bad situation. Will never think about your needs or situation. Not confidential. So expensive and will keep asking you for money without doing anything.

She did not understand my needs I as father and stress level. Primary focus was always on the mother and her needs rather than my relationship with the kids. Very much 1950's mentally and approach to family structure. Took too long to take action. All talk no action .. it was more expensive . Replaced her with someone else. Very good at returning emails .

Very bad at returning calls, we had to wait up to 8 weeks for a reply to an email. Still waiting for the final draft to be presented even though we made changes well over a month ago.(she still hasn't returned the draft with the changes requested. ) court was in October, it's now mid December and still not a word from her.

Lorraine was great, she takes the time to explain what's going on and calls back on a very timely basis. She cares about her clients and works with you. If she thinks that mediation is the way to go, she'll tell you and if that doesn't work, she does everything she can to represent you. I'd recommend Lorraine to anyone.

She made numerous statements that were unsubstantiated and lacking knowledge. She was unclear and often inaccurate in her communications which ultimately cost me more money. I found her style to be unprofessional.
