This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have gone through three paralegals. I paid in full and all of a sudden have a negative balance when nothing has been filed or accomplished. I didn’t even get a notice saying I was being charged for certain things.

Extremely disappointed in this law office. Paid in full in May, it's now January and not one single thing has even been filed. The first paralegal got all my information wrong including the Sex of my child and my Ex's name.... Currently on the 3rd paralegal since i've been a client. My phone calls and emails have gone unanswered for months. They're supposed to send out invoices monthly, I've received 2 in 8 months the first said I had a positive balance of over $900 the second about 3 months later said I owed $890. Today when I called to speak to the paralegal she answered the phone, put me on hold and had the receptionist tell me she wasn't there... I will be getting every single penny I paid back.
