Don't hire him. Instead see if you can get him as he is both an indigent defender and a private lawyer.Not overly expensive but not even really worth that.He knows thd adas and judges but run his clients through in herds and just tells his clients how to plead as opposed to letting clients make the decision whether to fight the charge or plead out.Be firm with him if you hire him- you are not hiring him to judge you are are hiring him to defend you- let him know that. otherwise go with a n indigent defender as you may get him anyway. He is good about returning phone calls and he does have a professional appearance albeit inexpensive and worn clothing- still professional.
