I would definetly not recommend Mr. Harvie. He was full of promises that were never fulfilled. To friendly with opposing lawyer, always away on holidays, the communication was terrible. We always had unanswered questions, felt like he simply gave up on our case. Fees got up to $28,000. Wish we would have fired him in the early stages, he did not represent us at all. Extremely disappointed!!!

Poor, Self serving ,A lttle too friendly with opposing attorney,Was fired and replaced with a firm away from the small town.

Rob Harvie was very empathetic and understanding of what I was going through and always helped me keep my emotions in check. Did not always return calls quickly, but he let me know in advance that would happen and his assistant Sharon was always helpful and available.

Hard to get a hold of. But overall a good lawyer. Somewhat costly.

He was very honest about cost, and did not try and push me into arguments with my ex. High level of professionalism.. But hard to get hold of sometimes.
