Mr. Paty brings in family and friends to do work for clients in order to run up the client's bill and to add money to his family and friends bank accounts. He brought in an actuary, an appraiser (real estate and personal property), wasted money having people served to testify and they never testified, never returned phone calls, promised that his methods netted me more from my future ex and in the end, he had to go by the limits of the law. Therefore, he ran up the bill, padded his pockets and the pockets of others, commiserated with me so that I thought he was on my side, and the whole time he took money from me that I needed to survive. I fell into the trap, I am an adult, but I hope no one else falls for his line of garbage. He will cost you money and laugh all the way to the bank.

Mr. Paty and staff were very helpful to me several times. I will never use anyone other than them. They were insightful, caring, and patient. Amy, took time to listen and explained everything to me step by step. I would recommend them to any and all. They know what they are doing and they do it well.

Charles Paty is all talk and no action. He will take your money and run with it and give you nothing in return. All his other office assistants are extremely RUDE & Unprofessional especially Amy. They never return phone calls and Paty will never talk to you beyond the initial consultation Do not use this firm or you will be VERY sorry!

Will tell you what you want to hear. Will not take calls or e-mails. Lets his personal life interfere. Very poor ethics. Would not reccommend him to anyone. Stay clear of this. He tries to collect money even though he doesn't do anything. When confronted with the bill, they will not respond other than saying you owe this amount. Terrible firm to have work your case!
