Do your self a favor and keep looking. He was recommended by a friend of ours and he was terrible. Not only did he do a half a** job he also felt he should be paid for doing a half a** job. KEEP LOOKING!!! We are launching a complaint with the Nevada State Bar against Mr. Mills. Now, we are looking for a "smart" lawyer.

If I could give the firm of Mills & Mills a -1 rating, I would! I went to them on the recommendation of a friend, and hired Gregory "Gregor" specifically to represent me. Their pamphlet is very impressive. Assuring the person seeking their services "they are dedicated to helping children and adults solve the most difficult and personal legal problems they may ever face". Ha! In the 7 months the firm/Gregor represented me, I spoke to him exactly twice. But I never met the man. I wouldn't have even known what my own attorney looked like, save for that contradictory pamphlet! Calls weren't returned. Financial documents needed to be repeatedly filled out because they were "misplaced". Motions needed to be redone. There also seemed to be a lot of turnover in the office. Because my case was handled by no less than 2 paralegals & 3 attorneys! What a mess!! The final straw was when the firm neglected to inform me about my very first court hearing! What a waste of $3,500.00! AVOID THIS FIRM!

Greg Mills charged $10,000 & only worked to get my charges reduced. He never considered fighting & getting the charge dropped. He was annoyed that I wanted to fight for the truth. It was like pulling teeth to get him to even get me off house arrest, he actually said it was better for me to just stay on it at a cost of over $300.00 a month. He never returned calls & when my family & friends interjected he wouldn't respond to them either. Bottem line is I went to another attorney, paid Robert Drascovitch only $3,000 & he got the case kicked out. A first time ever for the judge with a criminal case like mine. My case was such a "no brainer" it only took my new attorney minimal time & effort. Only one medical report had to be ordered & Gregory Mills couldn't even muster up that much for a client who paid him $10,000. He took the money & hid!!!!
