I would like to share the experience I had with John Pulgini of Pulgini & Norton 10 Forbes RD. Braintree MA briefly.I consulted with John for a workmans comp case & ended up hiring him.John also mentioned to me that I would qualify for social security disability & suggested he could take cre of that also for me so I agreed.We ended up settling my workmans comp case for $70000 dollars less than the maxium amount of $ he thought he could get me (I got 45000,he told me he was gonna try for $120000 but never guranteed it)so I just figured thats the way the cookie crumbled & my injury was better & that was #1 on my concerns.Then my SSDI case got settled & I received a letter saying I was awarded $13000& my attorney was receiving $5000.I thought great & was counting on that $8000.Well its been years & I still havnt been paid & John keeps blaming SSDI.He even told me in fall time he would pay me out of his own pocket but that never happened either!He got paid $5000 & I got $0000!

John Pulgini settled a workmans compensation case for me which did go rather smooth but at the same time suggested i file a s.s.i claim which he told me he would take care of<all was well except for a year into it he stoped returning my calls,so i spoke to another attorney who was glad to take my case but wanted to speak with john first because he did know him.John finaly called me back and said he was still working my case and had an issue with his secratary and he had to fire her,he assured me their would be no more issues so i stuck with him.I finaly had my court date in front of the judge and i thought john did a good job representing me.I recieved a judgement letter in my favor saying i was owed $ 13852 and they paid John $3252 for his services,i recieved this letter 1/2/07 and over 2 years later have not gotten a check!John has told me hes been paid and basicly doesnt know whats going on,but he will look into it!Its now 7/6/09 and i havnt gotten a check but JOHN PULGINI HAS!
