He used his clients financial records to defraud and steal their ID's & assets. Then use his legal expertise to defend himself and run up enormous legal expenses for his victims. He has gotten away with this numerous times, stealing millions. Being disbarred has not stopped him.

Cannot warn you strongly enough to not waste your time and money on this guy. I hired him in November 2011 and he sat on my file and did absolutely nothing with it for 6 months except a substitution of attorney form, and my schedule of assets and debts. All my emails to his office went unanswered unless I followed up a week later with "Did you get my email?" I started requesting confirm receipts and got absolutely nowhere. Worst part is, he kept my retainer when I fired him. Don't waste your time on this non communicative, non professional so called lawyer.
