Customer service begins at the top, and this practice does not have any! Attempting to speak to Greenstein was nearly impossible, and when available he would cut you off to speak. You think that's bad, try speaking to the staff at this location the "paralegals" mainly Daniella, her attitude damages the team. Phone etiquette goes out the window with this one. On another note, communication between everyone here was terrible; I was given different information from the attorney and told something else by the paralegal. P.S. who was handling my case? Kudos to Annie who seems bright and would state facts before giving information. However, Practice needs work.
