extemely condesending. showed very little knowledge of the nys divorce laws relied on opposing consel to advise her. My advise is to have your spouse use this firm so you stand a chance

I used this law firm "Breiter and Gura" and all I can say is I wish I found this site first. Run faster than you've ever run before. People can't believe the stories I tell them about this firm. For me it was the biggest waste of money ever. You're going through the most difficult situation you've ever experienced when you get a divorce, the last thing you need is a firm like Breiter and Gura! RUN!!!

She will not provide copies of your legal documents which is against the law until she gets money from you. She is horrible she sits on paperwork and has no respect for her clients. SHE HORRIBLE

THIS ATTORNEY IS A POOR NEGOTIATER WHO WILL ABANDON HER CLIENTS WHEN THE CASE BECOMES INCREASLY MORE COMPLICATED. SHE FAILED TO HAVE ME SIGN A RETAINER AGREEMENT AND THEN OFFERED TO DISCOUNT MY BILL TO MANIPULATE ME INTO SIGNING A RETAINER AGREEMENT HALF WAY THROUGH MY CASE. IF SHE CAN NOT PROTECT HERSELF HOW CAN SHE EVER PROTECT HER CLIENTS.

Spent retainer money on phone contacts and petty details with spouse's attorney. She will not negogiate with any lawyer; everything needs to be put through the court (more money for her). Showed little interested was non-communicative nor helpful.
