I hired this Attorney back in August of 2011. What a mistake!! They will not return emails or phone calls and the Receptionist does not take messages or make Appts. Mr Nelson make his own Appts, but will not return any phone calls, so you can not meet with him!!! I had two bad work related injuries! I hired him for the first one and only two months later received another injury. I did not know at the time that he was this flaky!! So now what? I called several other Attorney's and was told that I am to far in to my case's for them to take over! I have an Appt to see an agreed upon Medical Doctor this month and guess I will be paying for the trip myself as they will not return any emails or phone calls. The Appt is 240 mile round trip, so I will be spending the night. I just called and spoke to someone at the State Bar and Mr. Nelson is violating his contract with me because of no contact!!! Please make a Complaint with the Ca State Bar, so he can't continue doing this to his client's!!!

Worst experience of my life. I switched to Central Valley Injured Workers Cllinic and am overall happy with the service. Mr. Nelson never had time to return my calls. His business is based on quantity not quality.

Is both unavailabe and unresponsive. Staff is rude and often gives out incorrect and misleading information. Condescending and uncooperative. Do not retain this firm.

I went to this lawyer looking for help with social security disability. I had been turned down twice from social security for hearing loss. Mr Nelson told me he would take the case and wining should not be a problem. Everything was great until it was getting close to my hearing. I never saw Mr. Nelson again, he handed me over to another young lawyer, I think he was a lawyer. This person had no idea of how to handle the case, I had to get the info from my doctor for him. At my hearing the lawyer didn't even speak up to the judge on my behalf. Well, I was denied my case and that was the last I heard from the law office. I thought they would at least try for another appeal but nothing. That was a year ago and I feel so cheated. I might have gotten much needed social security disability if I had a better law office helping me.

I met with this attorney a month ago and haven't heard from him since. I have left 5 messages in total and 3 in the last week. His staff is the most unproffessional group of women I have ever spoken with, I should have known when I went in dressed as if I worked there and his receptionist was wearing a tank top, jeans and flip flops with neon toes and makeup as if she was going to the club. She is always rude when answering the phone, in the last contact she answered and I advised her this is my third call and I want to speak with the attorney or his assistant and she laughed and put me on hold, she then came back and said what do you want?? When I did get to speak to Jean the attorneys assistant she was loud and told me not to be disrespectful to her and the staff, to lower my voice as she was yelling over me, and told me I was lying in those words when I told her this was my third call. These two women single-handedly lost a client with their unprofessional attitude and demeanor.

Lawyer has yet to return a since phone call or set up an appointment as requested. Has handed case off to some attorney I never even spoke too. Only contact I have had was during consultation. Sent me a letter to settle case for $2500 based on depositions she attended and I was never aware about or asked to verify the information that they got. Letter stated that if I did not take advise to fill out substitution of attorney forms and arrange time to pick up my file. Has not spoke to anyone on my behalf or worked with my attorney with DFEH since the cases go hand and hand. Very unprofessional and not in clients best interest. Seems as if defense bought off since my AME appt. is 2 weeks away why not wait instead of settlement that won't even cover lawyers cost.
