You want to retain him....during his suspension...his client used his name and documents and got a writ order against me without informing me in Oshawa/Whitby Sheriff. Law Society never take any action against him, also his client filed in court that he retained him but he never inform my lawyers. Again and again he is supporting his client to transfer the innocents property illegally. He is supporting him for fraudulent transfers using fake ID's & addresses. he used dead peoples name on title to recover the property from innocents for lesser mortgage and helped him to make money. Still he is supporting him for his fraudulent activities. No Justice in Canada. He had influence in Newmarket Court.

Please don't retain him, he transferred my property for his own/clients benefit over a night through his Agency file "Norman Silver Agency File" using fake ID's,addresses,(UP's,Canada Post mail box as residential ) also gave affidavits that he checked name,addresses,driver's licence for proof, also used the strangers, dead persons on Title & transferred the property for lesser value later on sold the property for more than the market value illegally. PLEASE DON'T TRUST HIM. His partner lawyer is Terry Walman. Silver came to the court during his suspension, appeared before Hon'ble Justice Boswell and got the favourable Judgement used fake Documents & affidavit of service, silver has a lot of influence in Newmarket court, also with the Sheriff, he and his client Tom Thiru got an order for eviction for Philpotts never paid any,mortgage,property tax even never lived in that property Silver/Tom Thiru altered sheriff notice & evict me.He still holding my $24420 in his Trust A/C-3years
